ISB Covid-19 Vaccination Day

ISB's Covid-19 Vaccination Day is on the 16th of November 2021.

The following message was sent out via Edulink to students and parents to prepare for the vaccination day.

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

RE: Students Attending ISB Vaccination Day

We are very happy to inform you that you have been allocated the following time slot for the Covid-19 vaccination programme. We expect that the vaccination process will take approximately 1 hour (including processing, vaccination, and observation time)

Day: Tuesday 16th November 2021

Location: Indoor Stadium

Arrival time at the Indoor Stadium: Timeslots were given through Edulink.

Official Forms required:

Students and their parents should complete and bring the three attached forms to the Indoor Stadium:

1. Consent form

2. Screening form

3. Flu desk screening form – must be filled only on the day of vaccination

Note: Printed forms are available for collection from the ISB security gate

Important Reminders - please adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

1. Each child or siblings should come together and be accompanied by one parent only

2. Temperature checks will be completed at the Indoor Stadium

3. Students and parents must have the BruHealth app and this must be code green or

yellow only

4. Bring I.C. and BruHIMS Number. *Please contact the MoH if you do not have

a BruHIMS Number

5. Wearing a face mask is compulsory

6. Always observe social distancing

7. Bring your own pen to fill in a form at registration

8. Please take some food just before arriving  

9. Bring a water bottle and umbrella (if you would like to)

10. Bring a book to read while you are waiting

Please be reminded of appropriate dress code:

1. ISB students should wear either ISB uniform shirt, PE shirt or House shirt (ties

are not required).

2. New students who do not have uniform items yet should wear a loose, comfortable shirt with short sleeves.

3. ISB students should wear long trousers/long pants/long skirt, socks and shoes. 

4. Not allowed:  sleeveless tops, shorts, mini-skirts, gym tights or leggings, slippers/flip-

flops/sandals.

For those students NOT attending the ISB vaccination day:

If your child is not attending on the ISB vaccination day, please complete this electronic form as quickly as possible (by Thursday 11th November 2021 at the latest) so that we can complete our planning and preparations.
